Preheat Oven to 350
Mix together
8 oz Package Neufchatel Cheese
3/4 cup Natural PB (Mine was Chunky)
2 eggs
2 capfuls of Vanilla Extract
1/3 (or to taste) Cup Splenda
Bake at 350 for 15 min Drop the Oven down to 200 and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Let Cool in the Oven

awful? what did you not like about it? do you usually use splenda when cooking? I know I can't tolerate the taste of splenda, however I make this, but in muffin tins, with agave and it is excellent!

Lydia I don't like very sweet things nor the taste of splenda perhaps you needed more splenda?

KO...they are def good with agave...I really don't like the taste of splenda at all and it does terrbile things to my stomach. I've also tried it with Equal...I know you aren't supposed to bake with it, but I wanted to give it a try. Didn't work out so well as Equal loses its sweetness when you cook with it. Agave works well for me. I just bought some SF vanilla syrup. I'm going to try it with that next time. I'll let you know how it turns out.
