I'm unable to have dairy, so I can't have the fudge pops used in Ruth's amazing peanut butter cup recipe. I thought I was stuck without this, but recently discovered just mixing a bit of SF chocolate syrup into 2 tablespoons of PB work GREAT. I use Torani brand syrup, but you could probably use Davinci's or Hershey's or whatever SF chocolate syrup you have.
If you can find PB made with roasted peanuts, the flavour is much better for this IMO. I also like to mix a little of other nut butters; last night I added about 1 tsp of Soynut Butter to a scant 2 T PB and with SF chocolate syrup it was a PERFECT Reese's cup knockoff!
