These were wonderful! Thanks for sharing!
I made a batch at the end of last week- added 2 T cocoa- wow!!!
They also keep very well- I forgot to store them covered, and they were still moist after 4 or 5 days! (Though that may be b/c I undercooked them a bit)

I don't often post just come in here and get what I need and leave...but I had to say that these were soo dang gone good I ate the whole freaking batch....yeah yeah I know that was so bad but they were soooooo goood....really hit the spot..I did however change the recipe slightly...I used agave sweetener and the splenda..1/2 cup spenda and 4 tsp of the agave also added a little cinnamon and used 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter and 1/4 cup almond butter.....so delicious!!!! Thanks
oh my, these totally saved me this week! I added the 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and still reduced the splenda (not a huge splenda fan) and made 12 cookies..they were just what i needed for a quick bite in the a.m. with my coffee or an afternoon bite with my coffee...soo good and satisfying!! Thank you!! These helped me to stay on plan this week!!
OMG! These are wicked good! I used whey low sugar substitute. My 12yr old daughted thought they were good too. I ate 3 of the 12, these are dangerous to have in the house!
