This is sooooo good. Do you think this is bad to eat for breakfast? I do know that with the current ingredients that it takes you over the 75 calorie sweet treat limit. But I figure if I am drinking it first thing in the morning those calories will be burned off without a problem. It satisfied me and I knew I was getting nut oil and protein from the natural peanut butter.
Is that a bad idea to eat something like that first thing in the morning? I would rather have something I enjoy to eat first thing in the morning than at night. I don't know I am at my jumping off point though with EGGS I just hate eggs. I can't stand the sight of them.
Wish I loved them but can't tolerate.
But this is tooo yummy...all of your recipes girls have really helped make this diet a little more easier.
Does anyone know if you can have Tomato Soup?
