Hey Leenie, the snow storm in your parts sounds delightful - NOT! I hate winter. Our 50 and sunny streak is coming to an end on Tuesday. I wish I felt better so that I could enjoy it.

I did WATP again yesterday but not with much intensity since I don't want to get sicker. I don't know about you all, but if I stop doing anything when I'm sick I find it impossible to restart. So I'm trying an easy 2 mile walk.

Sweet Pea, you're not alone on the eating. I'm definitely not controlling that very well.

Talk to you all later. I'm going t enjoy the last few minutes of my light therapy then go knit or head back to bed.

hey gang - i have felt rough all weekend with toothaches and earaches - the whole left side of my face feels....rough. Not sure what is going on but I'm taking an antibotic in case it's some kind of ear or sinus infection and taking 600 mgs of motrin when the pain gets too bad.

So I haven't accomplished much - laid around with dh all day yesterday which was really nice but would have been much nicer if i felt better.

I exercised 4 out of 5 days and got in 10 miles - did pretty good on my eating too - kept it right at 1200 calories - but did nothing this weeend except sunday school and church this morning.
