Default I need of some support

Its that time of the month and I'm in a bit down in the dumps. I know its hormonal, and I've been doing sooo well in the past 2 years, but it doesn't stop the blues. Even if they are temporary.

To make matters worse, I've lost a whole 2kg in 6 weeks, and have weigh in at the gym next Friday morning, and I'm horrified as to what the scales will say. Hopefully I'll have at least lost this fluid retention that I'm going through at the moment.

I've been heading off to the gym nearly every day, except for today and the next couple, seeing as I'm running to the loo every few minutes, but I'll head back as soon as Mother Nature slows down, but I know that there is very little that I can do in 6 days or less.

Ah well we'll see. I dont know why I'm not losing kg's, its tiring, and makes me so dissappointed. I'm not tracking my calorie intake on fitday, because I dont have the patience to sit in front of the puter for hours each day (which is how long it takes me) to plug all the information in. I know I'm eating less calories though, cause I'm not making daily trips through the drive thru at McDonalds now.

Thanks for listening.

Hi Kathy,

Hope you do well at your weigh in. If you don't have time for fitday you can always hand write your calories on a piece of paper, I'm sure that will be much faster. Bottom line to any weight loss is calories so you'll really want to make an effort in that category.

Hang in there !!!

Hi Kathy,

I hope that things are looking up.

I have been having similar things going on. I know how frustrating it can be. I have had small gains over the last three weeks. I also started at the gym three weeks ago.

I can totally understand what you are saying about the whole situation. I don't have much time to plunk on the computer either and also with the above things.

I hope that you feel better soon.

Smile Hi Kathy

Hi, I know just how you feel, last year when I did a different program than I'm on now(started at 314), I would have a month like that and the next a great lose, be sure to drink lots of water. If I don't drink a gallon of water a day I will gain.
Keep up the good work!!!
