No, I'm not English, I'm a US Air Force "dependant"-essentially, that means I do everything to maintain this particular airman for the Air Force! LOL! I live in Feltwell, England. It's lovely and quiet and peaceful out here.
The full body massage was GREAT! I got a sports massage, which is a bit more...shall we say vigorous? But it felt wonderful because I have old neck and shoulder injuries, big boobs, and a tendency to compensate for both by hunching my shoulders-he got me all flattened out again! LOL!
april99-What natural antidepressant do you use? I'm still feeling great with just exercise, but I'm interested in your experience. I have never fared well with traditional medications, and frankly I think doctors are too prone to just prescribing a medication rather than addressing a patients real needs. In fact, that's part of my problems with my neck and shoulder pain-I've lost all the strength I used to have, and THAT is what's causing my pain. It isn't a structural problem, and popping pills will not get rid of it. Only getting exercise and making the supporting muscles stronger will really ever help-or so my massage guy says, and to be honest he seems to know more about musculature than my doctor does!
