Monday, Jan 3

Breakfast:
2 coffee - 100
yogurt - 100
wheat toast - 50

Lunch:
turkey - 100
cabbage - 50
black eyed peas - 160
potatoes - 150

snack: 200

Supper:
salad - 200

Exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP Express Video
& 50 situps

Jan Miles = 2

Water: 64 oz

Total calories: 1110

2 slices of cold pizza- 14 points

total points for morning: 14

Lunch:
2 slices of whole wheat bread- 4 points
2 tsp of butter- 2 points

total points for lunch: 6

Dinner:
4 ozs of lean pork- 6 points
2 cups of saurkraut- 0 points

total points for dinner: 6

Total points used: 26/34 Flexpoints used:0 35/35

Fiber one and 1/2 cup 2%

Snack Generic Crispix and 1/2 cup 2% (bought it for DH and putting it back on the high shelf)
Lunch
boca burger 1 slice regular cheese 2 slices whole wheat mustard

Snack Dole Fruit Gel

Dinner bruschetta salad with chicken and shrimp 1 glass of wine and 1/2 a slice of mousse cake YAY SURVIVED

1.5 tsp of PB 2 pts (i have to make sure my math is right)
1/3 a banana 1.5

Lunch WW meal 5 pts

Dinner
1/2 cup lean ground turkey 3 pts
spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup 2 pts
Pasta 1 cup 4 points
Total 21.5/ 26

thanks Lynnie next time we hit el grocery I'm getting that but DH did the run and grab for me and saw bread not nutritional info
