Please keep my 31 yr old niece in your prayers.She has open heart surgery tomorrow.She is a widow and Mother of an 8 year old son. Her name is Jodi.My sister & family are with her in Florida.(and my dear Mother)

Afternoon Ladies!

Cowgirl - WELCOME! Thats a good attitude about your weight loss and weight gain. I lost about 30lbs and gained about 7lbs back, I think it's 10 now The stress from school and work and homelife have gotten me. Hoping next session at school will be less stress.

Cin - Your niece is in my prayers! : Sending warm prayers and wishes her way.

Liz - CONGRATULATIONS! Definately time to celebrate!

Cathy - How are you doing with goal for walking? What is your goal miles for this month?

All is well... I was up late last night (almost 4 am) working on a paper and working on writers block. I over slept this morning, even slept through my alarm So I didn't make it to class...

I've gotta run tho... Teachers Soup and CHili Cook Off is today so I gotta finish up my cooking and head off to the meeting.
