Breakfast:
protein shake - 200
2 coffee - 100

Lunch:
wheat tortilla - 80
sliced turkey - 90
cheese - 60
fruit - 100

Snack: 100

Supper:
chicken quesadilla - 350

Exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP w/3lb weights
45 situps & 15 double leg lifts
August Miles = 13

Water: 88 oz

Total calories: 1080

Exercise: none today (up late last night)

Total calories: 1050

1 c 2% milk - 120

Exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP

August Miles = 15

Water: 64 oz
