wow it's after 10 around here already! busy busy busy
guess what.....no guess.....really guess........
yep it's RAINING AGAIN! *sigh* this is getting so ooooooooold!
Even tho I was up late last night, I got up early this morning and did a 3 mile WATP. yea me!
It's a new month so I wanted to start it out with a bang! My goal for this month is another 40 miles, plus 2 or 3 times a week strength training. In June I think I did great - reached all my goals - walked more then 40 miles, added some major strength training with Kathy Smith tapes, kept to around 1200 calories a day, over 100 oz of water (most days) so I'm glad about that - but guess what - nothing - zilch on the scale. I'm so disappointed. Seems like I would be use to this by now huh. I cannot wait to see my doc next Wednesday. Hopefully he will increase the thyroid med again, and maybe that will help. I really need to lose some weight and really feel like I should be with what I am doing. Oh well.
So what is everybody else doing? how are the diets/healthy eating/exercise/water and all that jazz going? everybody being good?
