Cin is right, don't eat the same things every night, zig zag your food as well. You'll get there.

Ooops no therapy tonight, its tomorrow, my goof

Cin, when do you get the results back? are they looking for acid reflux problems?

Hi everyone.

Just an update on my "big plan". I had my appt with the personal trainer tonight. I go back to see her next week. From there I went to the gym I picked out and bought and paid for a three month membership. I'll start there on Friday.

My first three weeks will be very slow as I have many dinner/meeting obligations between now and the end of the month when school is out for the summer (we go to end of June).

I'm so pumped right now. I like the PT's scales much better than my own btw My body % fat was vewy scawy. 40.1% (yikes!) However... my adventure begins

((((Cathy )))) I know not of which I speak BUT.... if others say the weight comes off once the meds are right, have you tried different ones? discussed it with your doctor? If your doctor is not willing to try experimenting and helping you, maybe it's time for a different doctor? I changed my doctor after my last bout of depression (this one was bad enough I had to go on meds - which I had never done before). It wasn't until my counsellor spoke with her that she took me seriously. She brushed my tears off, my "symptoms"... told me I needed to eat better and get out and exercise. This, coming from a scrawny young thing who had no kids. Me? I had (still do have) a hub who works shifts, two kids at home (one's now moved out) who were busy with activities, a full-time job (teaching which means not a lot of free evenings due to marking, prepping, etc.) and who the heck has time?????????

Anyway, we had a doctor shortage here, and as soon as a new one became available, I moved. This one is wonderful!!! I love her to pieces.

I wish I could offer you more than an ear...... *hug*... but maybe discussing things with your doctor is what you need to do as well as some of the suggestions here?
