Wow, 4.5 mile.... I'll check it out. I've been walking around my neighborhood and finally got James to walk with me. So I may stick with that and see how it goes. My bedroom is small and packed so it's hard to get any kind of room in there and then the tv in the living room is usually in use til like 11 - 11:30 at night
I have umm what's it called.... Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies on tape somewhere. I haven't seen it in three years LOL... wonder if I can find it.
I thought the tape was great when I was using it... course I fell off that kick a while back... maybe I can incorporate it into my schedule now when I don't go out walking.... we shall see if I can find it hehehe
