Actually I forgot to bring my tky sausage or bacon in to work :( and guess what ? I forgot it again today waaaaaaaah!! So its nothing for breakfast today, which is okay, I have pnut butter or soy nuts but I'll try to hold out. BTW, on atkins we're not allowed toast or fruit :( My coffee will hold me until lunch.
