Celery 1 Stalk
Pnut B - 1 T

Greenbeans 1 C (mixed)

Cheese 1 1/2 oz
Pork Rinds 1 oz

wheatgerm - 50 cal

Lunch:
tuna with mayo & relish - 200 cal
10 wheatcrackers - 160 cal
caff free diet coke - 0 cal

Snack:
what snack? i didn't have time

Supper:
grilled chicken breast - 190 cal
grilled onion - 40 cal
1/2 of a whole cauliflower, steamed - 100 cal
butter - 80 cal

Water: 80 oz

Total Calories: 1235

peaches - 140 cal

Lunch:
chicken salad - 200 cal
10 wheat creackers - 160 cal

Supper:
grilled chicken breast - 200 cal
the other half of the cauliflower, steamed - 100 cal
butter - 80 cal

Water: 80 oz

Total Calories: 1240

Lunch: ate out with mom at chinese buffet
1 cup fried rice - 320 cal
green beans - 150 cal
chicken - 400 cal

Supper:
2 oz chicken - 100 cal

Water: 70 oz

Total Calories: 1325
