strawberry shake (1 cup 2% milk with 4 frozen strawberries & splenda)
1 wheat toast with butter
2 cups coffee with splenda & cream

Lunch:
grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing
roll *sigh*

Supper:
2 cups homemade chicken soup
caff free diet coke

Water: 64 oz

1 wheat toast with butter

Lunch:
1 wheat hamburger bun
2 slices turkey lunchmeat
caff free diet coke

Snack:
yogurt with wheatgerm

Supper:
2 chicken wings

Water: 64 oz

tuna on 6 wheat crackers
caff free diet coke

Snack:
sugarfree jello with coolwhip

Supper:
salad with ground meat and cheese

Water: 68 oz

Exercise: 30 minutes cardio
(2 mile walking video)

Scale: 206

I have decided that along with what I am doing I need to get back to an exact calorie count, since that is what it all boils down to anyway. Let's see if this helps me shed a pound or 2????

Breakfast:
100 cal --- 2 cups coffee with splenda & cream
100 cal --- 1 wheat toast with butter
235 cal --- 1 cup yogurt with wheat germ

Lunch:
100 cal --- 2 slices wheat bread
50 cal --- 2 slices turkey lunchmeat
0 cal --- caff free diet coke

Snack:
235 cal --- 1 cup yogurt with wheatgerm
80 cal --- 5 wheat crackers

Supper:
200 --- grilled chicken breast
120 cal --- 3 cups green beans

Water: 64 oz

Total Calories: 1220

potatoes & sausage - 300 cal
3 cups green beans - 120 cal
caff free diet coke - 0 cal

Snack:
1/2 cantaloupe - 125 cal

Supper:
3 oz groundmeat - 230 cal
1 oz cheddar cheese - 110 cal
2 tbsp sour cream - 60 cal

Water: 64 oz

Exercise: 45 minutes cardio
(3 mile walking video)

Scale: 208 *sighhhhhhhhhhhhh*

Total Calories: 1405

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!
