In Spite of exercising, eating usually right, 1 pill for energy a day rx, doesn't cause weight gain, but my lack of ability to work out for 2 hrs straight is my real problem. My muscles spaz out on me after about the end of my 1 hr workout, neck and back pains too.

You don't need to workout so hard. Two hours straight is very hard and there is no reason for you to do it. Listen to your body - don't over push its limit.
The secret to losing weight is in the food rather than the workout.
If you eat food that is bad for you, your body will not be able to digest it therefor turn it into fat.
Once you eat food that nourish the body and is right for it, your body will do all the work for you.
After you start losing the fat from simply eating right, your body will have the energy it needs to workout.
