On Canada Day, July 2, hubby and I went swimming at our local pool. I had not been swimming in ages and it felt great! I have been feeling much better since our afternoon at the pool (I could only manage 1/2 hr. before I played out).
Getting out of my normal routine may have been the best medicine I could have had that day. Swimming was wonderful and seems to have revamped my determination to do other exercises during the day when I am unable to get outdoors for walks with my dog.
