Dee - JM's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is pretty good! Mostly standing cardio, (some floor work) and using bodyweight only; though I try to hold 1 or 3# handweights sometimes. Goes pretty quickly; she does 3 different moves, then you repeat that; then onto next section. Has 2 very fit girls next to her but she does emphasize modifying to suit your fitness.

Wed. 1- Cardio and calethenics, 32 min.
Thurs. 2- strength, 30 min.; 5 min. abs.
Fri. 3- Step/cardio/light weights, 45 min.; 5 min. abs.
Sat. 4- Cardio/abs intervals, 17 min.
Sun. 5- no workout
Mon. 6- Gilad's Step and Tone, 30 min.
Tues. 7- cardio/step.light weights, 30 min.
Wed. 8 - 13 min. cardio
Thurs. 9- 30 min. cardio, 20 min. strength, 10 min. abs = 60 min.
Fri. 10- cardio/step, light weights, 40 min.
Sat. 11-no workout
Sun. 12- no workout
Mon. 13- bodyweight exercises, 25 min.
Tues. 14-Jillian M's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, 50 min.
Wed. 15- no workout
Thurs. 16- Annie Mairs' Life Force dvd (cardio/lite weights) 50 min.
Fri. 17- 29 min. cardio/abs
