    Dee - JM's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is pretty good! Mostly standing cardio, (some floor work) and using bodyweight only; though I try to hold 1 or 3# handweights sometimes. Goes pretty quickly; she does 3 different moves, then you repeat that; then onto next section. Has 2 very fit girls next to her but she does emphasize modifying to suit your fitness.

    Friday 17 swim with weights good water work out 30 minutes.

    Wow Mrs Snark 5k!!!! a day!!! One day perhaps I will be there. I did buy me a wii machine, used. it has just the original game. I am trying to find a couple fitness games.

    I am just so impressed by everyone's posts. This is the best support group I have ever seen.

  • Debbyd1959 - 5k a day sounds more impressive than it really is, I think, since it is only 30 minutes of running. Swimming for an hour is harder, frankly! You're doing great!
