Cathy you keep going girl.You are doing all the right things and are bound to get results!
JudoMom....no sense in hating exercise..you already are doing it......helping your son move is physical activity...it is moving! That counts! We have to think of all the things we do that help and are good for us......you are already doing some things!PLUS being a kind and helpful Mother I might add!A little walking each day to start with helps also......then gradually you will find yourself wanting to increase it! Something I did when starting out and still do many years later is....each day I exercise or walk I put a big "W" on my calendar.then at the end of the month I see how much I did....not everyday but many days.I see the overall picture.............why dont you try that? I have learned its okay to miss sometimes..........it certainly makes me feel good bout what I am doing. (hopefully you will too)
