So I just got back on my "new lifestyle plan", I'm trying to recover from my yo-yo of gaining and losing weight. Anyway, I'm with my trusty Slim Fast diet and about 1 1/2 weeks in (NO cheats!) and losing weight but I find I have been even more impatient than normal. I find myself feeling pretty angry most of the time (especially in the afternoon) and I catch myself scowling every now and then
LOL. How do I stop this? It's especially hard as I am a single mother and it's the summer time so I don't want to feel like I'm taking out my diet on the kids. Any suggestions?
If it matters, I only take vitamins. No medications of any kind. I don't drink or smoke or anything like that.
