Mins so far: 280

1 - 60 min cardio

2 - 90 min hiking
3 - off
4 - 45 min strength
5 - off (did too much yesterday and swollen. Taking a break for a week. :( )

I will be starting Monday. Looking forward to using the little gym room for our apartment complex. Nothing fancy, but it is 'free' and that's a plus. :D
