June Exercise!

Goal: 1100 mins
Mins so far: 280 1 - 60 min cardio 2 - 90 min hiking 3 - off 4 - 45 min strength 5 - off (did too much yesterday and swollen. Taking a break for a week. :( ) 6 - off 7 - off 8 - off 9 - off 10 - 40 min cardio 11 - off 12 - 46 min cardio 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 - |

I will be starting Monday. Looking forward to using the little gym room for our apartment complex. Nothing fancy, but it is 'free' and that's a plus. :D
