Good Morning Leens! and all the other chickadees!

I can't keep up with the date and I see everybody else is having problems with it too - didn't yesterday say the 6th in here and now today it is the 5th - no wonder I stay confused. hehe

We had a busy weekend. I cleaned house all day on Saturday and my teenagers were busy (of course). My grandmother had surgery on her hip saturday morning and that went as well as can be expected but then she started having heart problems later in the day and they had to move her on the floor for that. Yesterday she was doing worse and had to put in a feeding tube and such and moved her to intensive care and said that she would not make it thru the night, but bless her heart, she survived the night and actually ate something this morning, which is a first in a week. I am going up there at noon to spend a little more time with her.

I think I have someplace (extra) to be every day this month with graduation and the end of school and all the end of the year activities with my guys and with church and friends and such. How about everybody else? what yall got going on?

one for every 5 lbs lost since finally getting treatment in 2004 for my previously undiagnosed thyroid problem. I take 5 grains Armour Thyroid daily to treat my low thyroid symptoms and I can finally say that I feel good!!!!!

Hi everyone

I am still here.....I am still using the light box.....well this week I did......because it has been cloudy, overcast & snowing this week. Last week it was sunny all week.....so I didn't use it last week. The counsellor told me to use it whenever it is cloudy or overcast....between April & October. I do notice I have more energy on sunny days.

I am having problems waking up in the morning & I had a 2 1/2 hour nap today.....maybe it is the antidepressant.

Well I should go & eat supper.

April, I admire your determination with the light box. I put mine away, and haven't used it.. I should get it back out.. I know it makes a big difference for me too... would you believe I don't even have the energy to get it out? that is truly pathetic.

Everyone, Superwoman is trying to dig her way out of the grave I stuffed her in... I think I need to get the kryptonite out and chase her away again...
