I love putting the heating on and trying on some of my old clothes, it reminds me without focusing on food what I'm doing.

I've managed to separate food and emotions pretty well for the past 4 weeks but thats from making a list of loads of thing to do when I don't feel like doing anything.

And some days you need to vent the depression .
