Wasnt quite sure where to put this so i decided here would fit best. Has anyone been a purger and recovered? What helped you stop?

Yes - I have! I tried therapy, but it just didn't click for me. Really focusing on healthy eating helped me, but I don't know if it would for everyone. I was binging and purging, though - so if you're eating healthy portions and still purging, that might not help as much.

I only binge once in a while. Its mainly lately anything unhealthy that goes into my mouth i feel super anxious afterwards until i purge. Its never been this bad before and i want to try to get it under control but it just makes me feel horrible after i eat it
