Not Feeling Like a HotBrunette

Hi everyone. Its been a long time since I have logged into 3FC and I couldn't believe I made my name "HotBrunette" I guess I was having a good day! However, these days more recently haven't been as hot. I have failed on WW for the last 6 months and lack motivation for getting back on track. I understand the basic steps to weight loss and what it takes to be successful but I don't put it into motion. Sometimes I wonder if I need to switch my meds to get a jump start. A fresh start. I am fearful that this is how I will be for the rest of my life.

Am I depressed because I am overweight... or am I overweight because I am depressed?

Has anyone else ever felt this way before?

Maybe changing your meds will help I would tell your doctor how you feel. Does your medication cause weight gain? If so it could be a vicious cycle. I have stopped my anti-psychotic meds for now to help with my weight loss. Of course I still have them in case of emergency. You will get through this just be stong!
