HI! It sounds like you are having an extremely bad day. Hope things are better for you today. What approach are you using for weight loss? I did calorie counting and it really helped! It took me 52 weeks to lose 115 lbs. I've kept it off for over a year now. (even lost a few more, all while getting hitched and having a baby!) What workout routine do you use? Cardio was great for me because it let me burn off steam and I always felt so much better afterwards. We all have bad days, weeks, months, you name it.

At the end of the day, remember you aren't alone. And remember to keep your chin up as hard as it may be. Don't give up, because that only makes things worse because we tend to regret things we give up on. In the end, you'll be glad you stuck with it. You've already lost 21 lbs according to your ticker! HUGE CONGRATS! I really hope you have a better day today!
