How do you find ways to motivate your weight loss goals? I know motivation is hard for everyone but feeling depressed and down seem to amplify my struggle to commit to doing good things for myself. What tricks have others who feel this way used to be successful?
That's quite simple for me! on my kitchen door I keep this huge calendar. And usually I note there weight losing goals. For example, In two weeks I have to reach 176 pounds. And every time I reach a certain goal, I color the day on the calendar with green.
This helps me very much to move forward.
