Just a little tandoori chicken, basmati rice, ribs.....and that's not all! Having a belated fathers day gathering this evening....and you guys thought I couldn't cook

Hope all is well!

Hey Lizzy,

Since you are cooking, make this for me for dessert. and there is no WAY hot fudge topping is optional Mandatory!!

1/2 gallon fat free/sugar free ice cream
1 box (1.4 oz) fat-free, sugar-free reduced-calorie instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 (8 oz cont) fat-free whipped topping
Fat-free hot fudge topping, optional

Let frozen yogurt stand at room temp. to soften slightly, about 10 minutes. In bowl combine ice cream, pudding mix and peanut butter. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pan. Drizzle with hot fudge topping, if desired. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 16 pieces.

Makes 16 servings. Per Serving: 179 cals, 6 g. protein, 4 g fat, 0mg chol, 29 carb, 172 mg sodium, 1g fiber, 18 g sugar.
4pts.
