!!! I know that feeling of not being able to function despite having things to do. I imagine everyone in this forum does. Just do what you can. Life is a journey of ups and downs. It may feel like things are crumbling around you right now, but it will get better. As much as I am sure you don't want to give up your house, think about what a weight off your shoulders not having to make the payment and deal with the upkeep, etc., is going to be. You WILL get through this! Things happen for a reason and everything happens as it is meant to happen. Things will get better! In the meantime, just take it one step at a time. You're a lot stronger than you think! And look at you in the midst of all the chaos taking control of your weight and health! Good for you!!
I've heard about the Rice Diet. It has some good concepts. Good luck on it!! You're going to do well!!

Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
