Here is a recipe that I think would be SB friendly. Let me know what you think.
couple tbsp mustard
couple tbsp mayo
1 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Boil eggs and peel shells. Dice eggs and yolks. Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a few hours.
* add mustard and mayo slowly as you do not need a whole lot.
** Recipe makes a hefty amount. You could always half the recipe if needed.
