Crockpot Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Ragu
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed, frozen
1 jar light Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/4 C. reduced fat grated Parmesan Cheese
2/3 C. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Place frozen chicken breast, sauce and Parmesan cheese in crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. If desired, remove chicken from crock after at least 6 hours of cooking time and shred with forks. Add back to sauce, top with shredded mozarella cheese and cover. Turn crock pot to high and let sit until cheese is melted.
Serve with steamed broccoli and side salad. If you shredded the chicken, serve it over whole wheat pasta (pasta not included in PP value).
