My long term goals are:
1.to get my Blood Sugar numbers down and get off diabetes meds.
2. to lose 93 pounds.
My short term goals are:
1.lose 15 pounds by 2/1/15 met on 1/9/15
2.cut back on my insulin needs.....1/7/2015 week one and have had no short acting insulin for 3 days!!! 2/13/2015 Dr. visit cholesterol meds cut in half....no short acting insulin!!
