i didnt see any cooking tips so i thought i would get the ball rolling ~smiling brightly~
when your cooking veggie packets on the grill before you seal the packet drop in a couple of ice cubes. this helps to not only prevent against burning but keeps them moist as well.
also whenever possible, which is most of the time....i adore the quick easy ~grinz~ i freeze my meat with the marinade. as it thaws the meat will soak up the marinade like a sponge. also when i am pulling meat out of the freezer i dont have the mind game of......."hmmmmm, how am i going to cook this" or "what dish am i going to make with this"..... its already decided for me, i just have to come up with the sides or the go withs.
