What is the healthiest popcorn to prepare/eat ?
I'm on the Ideal Protein diet but it's a general question !
I've seen those microwave popcorn bowls, I want to pick one up... think they are only $10 in walmart.
in the mean time I've been doing the paper bag way... just put in 1/3 or 1/4th cup depending on how much I want in a paper lunch bag and microwave in the bag for 2-2:30 minutes (make sure you stand by the first few times you make it to see how long it takes your microwave) then spray some butter flavored PAM and use a kernel seasons flavor (I've been mixig jalapeno and cheddar) I've also heard of people using nutritional yeast to flavor popcorn... something else I want to try.
