To me cooking chicken breast is super simple. I just put a little bit of evoo in a pan season my chicken with whatever spices are on hand the I toss it in the pan and I brown the chicken at med to med-hi heat then I put a bit of water to deglaze the pan till it is cooked all the way through. You can the doneness a couple of ways either a meat thermometer or you can cut the thickest part to check there is also the poke test. Remember the better chicken you buy the better the dish will taste so look for a label that says no artificial ingredients and minimally processed.
