Default Cottage Cheese

Okay, I know you chickies can help me with this one...

One of my fav snacks or side dishes is cottage cheese. My question is, I don't like a lot of extra "juice" water or whatever in my cottage cheese. Which type of cottage cheese would have the least extra water or juice? The types I'm familiar with are lowfat, nonfat, regular.

I really enjoy Breakstone's 2% Cottage Cheese...but as for water/juice, it just depends on the container...sometimes I get it and it's really "dry", but other times it's "juicy"....

I used to be this way also and found that Knudsen Lowfat Cottage Cheese was the best at not having much 'juice'. I used to love opening the container and eating a spoonful immediately! lol It's also the best one I've found for longer term low 'juice'.

I think it varies from brand to brand. I usually get Land'o Lakes 1%, but once in a while I get Fiber One, which is also a 1% cc. The tastes are similar but Fiber One has less whey
