Thomas has recently come out with bagel thins that are 110 calories a piece. Not sure on the other stats as I'm out at the moment, but they are wonderful. I make breakfast sandwiches out of them that are really filling and stick with you.

The only time we truly fail is when we give up and stop trying. Everything else is just information to help us find our way to success.

Short term goal Onderland
Mid term goal 185 lbs and no longer obese

I eat Arnold Thin Buns (100 calories), Thomas Thin Bagels, and the Flatout flatbreads (and the Aldis alternative). I concur that the flatbreads make great low calorie pizzas.

I also have been eating Thomas Multigrain Light English Muffins. See the stats below!

stop and shop brand light whole wheat english muffins! I use them for everything!!! In the morning with low sugar jam, for lunch with salsa and low cal cheese like mini pizza's, I make sandwiches with them etc. They are about 90 calories for the entire muffin.
