I'm looking for suggestions re: yummy and not too "bad" prepared enchilada sauces (red and green). I am craving some sort of enchilada concoction and decided for one of my dinners this week I want to make a sort of "wet burrito" with brown rice & beans & shredded chicken inside.

Any ideas? I live near a TJ's, Whole Foods, local co-op, and a Safeway, so I don't care what the brand is.

Trader Joe's is my favorite of the bottled enchilada sauces, the red one - they recently reformulated it so it is much lower in fat than it used to be.
