Default freezing fage

hi all! i was wondering if anyone has frozen and then microwaved fage fat-free yogurt, and how it turned out. did it mess up the consistency? i'm planning on vacuum-sealing it prior to freezing inside a crepe.

thanks!

I know whenever my Greek yogurt gets frozen a little (from the frozen blueberries I stir in, and then don't eat it for a couple hours), the taste becomes sour and I don't like it. I'm not sure why it alters the taste but I try very hard to keep that from happening.
