I have a recipe but it probably is OK. I use whole wheat bulgar a lot. In fact, I'm about to throw some onto my lunch salad!
Post it and I'll check it out and approve.

This link has more information http://www.amazon.com/Near-East-Whol...utrition-facts than the site from the company. I notice it doesn't say whole bulgur wheat but it sounds pretty good to me.

Ingredients
Bulgur Wheat, Orzo (Macaroni Product made with Wheat Flour), Salt, Onions (Dried), Autolyzed Yeast Extract (Dried), Garlic (Dried) Spices.

Product Features
