I don't follow the SB diet, is losing 15 pounds in 13 days possiable (and healthy)? If it is possaible I think I'm on the wrong diet!

I think I'll jump in here too, Today is Friday Nov 10th....I weigh 219 so that would put me at 204....I'll shoot for 4 weeks, lol, I hope you make it, but I know I don't lose that fast. Or if I could, it would slowly creep back on....join us in our Thanksgiving chat or the exercise challenge threads! I'm in a big loser contest at the gym so maybe I'll kick it into high gear. Well I guess I should start by cleaning this house!!! I'll pop back in to check on ya time to time. LETS DO IT!

I'm in!
I'm shooting for 3 weeks. My weigh in day is Wednesday, so we'll date it back to my weight on Wednesday which was 242.
should we check in every week?
let me know, how you want to keep track of the progress....let's do this thing!!!
