help guys. i started by monthy thing earlier this week and i can not seem to stop eating. is it just in my head or what.
i was going pretty good with a pound a day and now i am right back where i started.
help. need some encouragement this week.

hang in there emily!!! put that food down and go out for a walk or get moving. TOm will be over soon!!!

I am TOM too so I am not counting my WI today (btw, it was up 2 pounds) I'm not hungry or craving food or anything, I just want to go home and sleep!!!

Halloween challenge sounds great!

Good idea! I would like to lose 20lbs that is about 2lbs a week. I am aiming high. We will have to see how it goes.....

I was a nun a few years ago. This year I don't know... I have plently of time to think about it........ I am not weighing in until Sunday...

I bet that is something that every mom dreads hearing her daughter say. I showed my new hubby a pic of me about 5 years ago dressed as such and he didn't believe it was me. I haven't been around because I forgot to subscribe to this thread. Last week I lot 2 pounds to take me to 158 Woohoo. I'm hoping this week I can take off another pound. Congrats to everyone who has lost so far.

Didn't walk on Sunday because my knees ached but got back out there last night . Will keep checking this thread and weigh in again Sunday .
How often do you all usually weigh yourselves?
I am trying to only do it every few days as I get disappointed when the scale doesn't move .

WI was today and I came in at 244 which is great considering that I ate like a pig during TOM. Hope everyone's having a great day!

I'd love to join in your challenge. I absolutely need something to get my butt in gear! I was doing well with the weight loss, but have been a bum lately.

Do you think 10 pounds is a reasonable goal?
