Hi all,

I would like to join u all.....i wanna lose abt 25 pounds. I did good for two days... ate right and exercised...and today well don't know what happened..i came back home from work and ate like a pig...sigh ....feeling a little dissapointed right....

I plan to be good tomorrow...work out hard with weight and eat clean...I AM GONNA LOSE 10 POUNDS.....

k...this week i am up from 145 to 149..so much for eating right..sheesh

Juhi- don't worry, you'll do better! I went up 2 lbs and was really down on myself and mad at myself, but decided to just be firmer about what I take in instead of getting angry later.

can i join u guys. im 5'4 at 154 and i need to lose 34 or more pounds to be 120 or less. do u guys think if i exersice (spelling) regularly i can be at 120 pounds by june. anywayz can i join u guys?
