Thanks! Unfortunately, we had a late "New Year Party" yesterday and I got my whoosh handed back to me. I checked my calories and I should have maintained at the worse so hopefully it is just water from the wine and carbs. I don't even like wine so I don't know why I am drinking it...

I hope your whoosh goes in the right direction also!

Wishing everyone a great rest of the week!

I'm in! I am 19.2 pounds from the top number of my "normal" weight range . I'm also coming up on my 1 year mark of my current weight loss journey. I'd love to make it to goal weight by spring. Is the end date March 21st?

C7KB oh no! I hate when that happens!! You are totally right though, it is probably water or a regular fluctuation, I hope that it drops back off very soon! I have a late Christmas party on Saturday and then we are celebrating my sons bday on Sunday so that is going to be difficult for me.

Nice to see you blondie!! Yes, looks like this one is wrapping up on March 21st. Congrats on being so close to your goal and for sticking with this for a year!!!

Thanks kfunk! I can already tell 175 is not going to be my ending point but it is my original goal. I figure it's best to get to that point and reassess/plan my final goal.

That is wonderful, Blondie! You should be so proud.

Kfunk - I hope all went well with the parties. We'll kick into high gear tomorrow!!!

I've been good, but am still holding water weight. I think it might be some of the processed low carb bars that I've been using for my sweet tooth and the wheat that was in my wings coating. I know the sugar alcohols and anything processed/wheat/etc upset my stomach terribly, but I got all on sale and am too cheap to throw them out.

I hate to post a weekly weigh in tomorrow that is higher than my 2018 starting weight but I'm going to own whatever it is. I am going to try to be exceptional the rest of the month. My exercise is also down slightly since the weather has kept me from getting outside to do any long walks. I've been doing my weights and walking in place to get my steps in, but it just isn't the same. Now that is warming up, the rain is starting so looks like another couple of days of indoor exercise, but better than none.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend! We're going to kick behind next week!!!

blondie I am thinking the same thing about myself. I cant imagine that 140 is going to be low enough to get my body fat % down to the range I want it in. Great plan playing it by ear! You are making great progress this challenge!!

C7KB Thank you!! I did awful like normal... and I was so glad that everything was over but it seems like there is something that pops up every time! Our little boy turns 4 tomorrow and then we have a bday party for one of our nephews on Saturday that is out of town. I also am hanging on to a lot of water right now!!! I did really well chugging water yesterday and plan on doing the same today to see if I can get back to where I was. I have been gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. since October and its time to make some forward progress! I hope that the start to your week is going well!!!

boop Watching how your consistency to your plan is paying off gives me more motivation than you know!! Awesome job getting into the 170's!!!

ophelia you are kicking butt as usual!!

momtopands way to go!!! Great job on working out 4 times per week, that is wonderful!! Are you working on something specific for your eating plan like counting calories, carbs, weight watchers...etc?!

SW: 176.8
CW: 176.6 (-.2)
GW: 156

How often are you guys posting updated weigh ins? I think I have 2-3 lbs. of water weight in my total. Every time I get it back up I end up going off the rails and end up right back to where I was!! NO MORE!!!!!!

kfunk6113 You can make it this time! I have always done weight watchers but with all the changing around of plans i've decided to join a friend of mine with counting calories. I can't forget my weight watchers completely though, so i'm still remembering my drinking water, portion control, exercise among other healthy guidelines. I'm only posting my weight weekly on this challenge but i'm trying daily on another. I'm seeing how I like that.

Thanks boopchick! I was very happy that day! Going to keep it up!

Good luck to everyone!

kfunk: I am going to try to remember to do updated weigh-ins once a week on here. I usually start getting bad about staying on top of the more casual side challenge threads without spreadsheets/templates and such a week or two in, because I visit the daily weigh-in threads more often, but I want to keep on top of this one this time around!
