everyone!

Well, it looks like I maintained for another challenge. It certainly wasn't the goal but I'll take it and it's better than a gain. I'm expecting TOM any day now so I'm particularly happy that I didn't end the challenge with significant gain. I'll join folks back on the new thread.

Happy New Year!

May I ask what food lifestyle you are following? Please let us all know!

I do Intermittent Fasting (16/8) and am a vegetarian. Other than that, I just try to stay within a 1200-1600 calorie range! And, thank you!

I lost 4 pounds for the challenge. I didn't make my goal, but 2018 will bring new opportunities. I seem to have lost my momentum during December. I'll have lots of opportunities for improvement.

Munchey: I recorded my weight on the spreadsheet today but it didn't seem to update. I final weight was 137.2 (up since last weigh-in but done 2 lbs overall).

I look forward to joining your new challenge and thank you for doing this challenge.

Everyone: Happy New Year

Flower1:
The formula got deleted in one of the cells for you on the Weigh-In Sheet. I fixed it

I gave everyone until 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time on 1-2-18 to weigh in. I wasn't able to get the chart posted until this morning. It's up now.
