Ok, I've gotten a bit behind on exercise; fell down the stairs two weeks ago, and have been unable to hit the gym. I may have a torn ligament, I have an MRI tomorrow. I'm going to revise my goals and try to get back to the gym for some upper body work tomorrow.
shea Good luck with your MRI today! I hope that you can get some relief soon!
kelijpa I am super interested in this! I downloaded the app by 30 day fit body and I think I am going to add this on to the end of my 30DS workouts!!

Well, the great migration has begun (we're moving to the new house) so I haven't been getting normal exercise in some days but have been getting lots of steps. Got 18K steps day before yesterday, 17K steps yesterday.
Today, however, I went hiking and I'm counting that one as exercise! It was a great hike.
Goal: 300 minutes of exercise
Updated Goal: 600 minutes of exercise
10/3- 36 minute outdoor walk
10/4- 62 minute outdoor walk
10/5- 32 minute outdoor walk
10/8- 45 minutes weight training
10/9- 31 minute outdoor walk
10/10- 46 minute outdoor walk
10/11- 15 minutes weight training
10/12- 25 minutes cardio (T25 Speed 3.0)
10/13- 28 minute outdoor walk
10/17- 3 hour hike, 24K steps, 12 miles

10/17-27/30, I did half regular plank, half knee plank, 65 seconds each, I drop to a knee plank when I feel like I’m going to die... 7/12 did them outside, that is so cool
10/18-28/30
10/19-29/30 145 is a lot of seconds...my plan is to keep doing this challenge until I can hold the plank without dropping to a knee plank for the whole time, I think it’s partially mental so not giving myself the out of I did it, I never have to do that again , 8/12 ST
EagleRiverDee good luck with the move, the hike sounds great!
Kfunk glad you found it, I forgot how not easy it is to get a picture on here
I'd made my goal daily exercise this month. I didn't come close to achieving that. I started out kinda strong...ended up doing 5/7 days during my first week in the challenge. I've only done 2 or 3 days/week since then though. And except for yesterday's workout, all of this was my short 10 minute workout. Yesterday I finally did a longer one. That was tough!
I miss the body tone I got from more frequent/intense exercise. So I'm going to bump my exercise up to 3+ days a week using my 30 min+ workouts. That's not as much as I did last month, when I was often working out 4 days a week and doubling up on many of those days. I just don't have time for that much this month though.
I'm not officially changing my goal for this month, just updating to let you guys know that I missed goal but am still in the game.

Hey ladies!! I am just checking in to say that I am taking a break from my workouts until I am finished with the antibiotics that I am on. I have 6 days left and then I am hoping I can jump back in. I will not make my goal this month, but will be happy with myself if I finish the month strong.

We're moving this week/weekend so I haven't been getting any traditional exercise. I am getting my steps in, though! I have 138K steps and 602 flights of steps so far this week, and the day isn't over yet. This will be my best week ever with my Fitbit, I'm certain.
Chunkahlunkah: glad you're still with us! Listing the day's workout, even when my goal is out of reach helps me, too. It sets me up well for the next month!
