matilda how is the start of your week so far?

Jessie Welcome and good luck with your 20 lb. goal!!! I hear you on the alcohol, its hard!! My weekends were wiping out all of the progress throughout the week and it was so frustrating!!

boop Aww, thank you! You are an inspiration to me as well, you are killing it!! I am going to start back up some exercise to see if that helps speed things up! And I agree, the more I post, the better I do!

Good morning everyone!!

I am down 2.6 lbs. so far. I am hoping that this last week of the month will be where the majority of my weight comes off. I would be pretty happy with another 3 lbs. or so. I do not do well with time goals... I am so far behind the goals I have set so far, and I thought that they were conservative at the time! I am starting to feel impatient and it is becoming harder, not easier. I just want to be at maintenance, I feel very confident that I will be able to keep the weight off, but at this rate I wont even be at goal by next summer

boop Wow, look at that progress, you are doing so well!!! How long have you been working out? Looks like your body has adjusted to your schedule and water weight is no longer an issue!!! Looks like you may need to do some tweaking to your goal very soon!

Hi kfunk! I am on week 3 of exercising. I am starting a new job on Oct 2nd so will try to be vigilant about not slacking off because I am "too busy" or "too tired"
As far as moving more slowly toward your goals, you have less to lose now so it makes sense. I will need you to remind me of this as I get closer to my goal weight too please!
Have a good night!

Good morning ladies! I hope that everyone is gearing up to have a fantastic weekend!! We have a wedding to attend but other than that I will be eating on plan.

boop Congrats on working out for 3 weeks!! I just started up again last night. I am so tired lately and it was the last thing I wanted to do, I actually yawned throughout the whole video. It wasn't the best workout, but I am glad that I did it.

Thank you for that! I tend to compare myself to the other ladies that had lost 100+ lbs. in a year and I need to quit that! I woke up this morning 1.2 lbs. lighter than yesterday, these patterns

Hello Ladies,

I hope all is well. Ive been doing pretty good with Diet and fitness. I would like to workout more , Im currently taking it slow and mainly just walking. I plan to get a jump rope to add it my daily routine. Ive seen great results in the past from jumping rope. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Kfunk-Any loss is a good one , you're doing ok! What kind of plan do you follow?

Great job on doing well with your diet and fitness!! I too would like to work out more (or at all on a consistant basis lol) I have always heard great things about walking and jump roping provides a great workout! What kind of results did you see in the past from that?

I am all over the place with my plan. I reduced portions, cut out wheat, reduced alcohol and try to eat good foods a large majority of the time. I will probably end up switching to a real plan but don't really want to mess with a good thing (even if it is much slower than I would like)

I DO need to start working out 4-5 times per week and stick to that like glue!!!

boop I did not do it I was hoping that if I posted that I would do it, "no excuses" that the guilt would force me to get off my butt, but it was much easier to push it off then I could have imagined.

I do want to finish this month out strong, so I am hoping that I have the energy and motivation to do it when I get home.. It is 25 minutes all together for goodness sake, you would think it would be easy to squeeze in!!
