This month is off to a slow start for me. I am hoping that my body will decide to shed a few lbs. during the final days of the month.

Tomorrow will be the last day I weigh this month. I'm leaving for vacation and will be away from my scale until Oct 2nd. I don't anticipate hitting goal weight by tomorrow but I will update if I drop a little more. Although I didn't lose my goal of 4 pounds, I am delighted to have lost 3!
