I chose 5.3 pounds as my goal for the month, which is ambitious for me. I guess I was in the mood for a wild idea.
I'm down 2.6 pounds, so have 2.7 to go. That's not likely, but we'll see.
On the plus side, I'm comfortable with my exercise and calorie level - feeling like I'm in the zone and could live this way indefinitely. So it feels like I just need time to work its magic.
I am wondering though if I should change my calories a little, experiment with going a little higher or lower, to speed up my loss. I'm averaging about 1 pound a week this month, which is a good (but not great) rate for me.
